Refund Policy

InstaKits, operated by ECOMAKSEL LLC, sells digital products. Because digital files cannot ordinarily be returned, purchases are generally final once download access has been provided. Please review the product description, included files, software requirements, and license before ordering.

When we will help

If a purchased file is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem. We will first try to provide working access, a corrected file, or reasonable technical assistance. If we cannot remedy a qualifying issue, we will provide a refund.

Refund exclusions

Except where required by law, we do not issue refunds for change of mind, failure to review compatibility requirements, lack of required third-party software, or requests made after substantial use or redistribution of the files.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We normally initiate them within 10 business days, although your payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Consumer rights

This policy does not exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
